Its close proximity to shopping and beaches.
The washroom facilities was just fair.
Staff were helpful. Breakfast was great lots of options. Short walk to beach
Dinner In hotel was expensive and not up to standard.
Very friendly and helpful staff, who gave us lots of advice. About a ten minute walk from Copacobana Beach.
A bit of a walk to get to restaurants, there are none beside the hotel. Not really luxurious enough for a 4 star hotel, I would classify it as a 3 star.
Free fast internet, good breakfast
big level of noise due to conditioners blocks near my windows
The best was a staff. I can not stand mentioning nice and kind Joana and Gumberto. They were the best. However the whole staff was very helpful. Location was good. Brackfest was really excelent. Free internet in the lobby was very important.
No complaints! Thank you all! Good luck and go ehead!
everything ok, good shower.
Just lean power outlets (in contrast to other Brasilian hotels), apparently just one adaptor at the reception.
Good location, very comfortable with quality/price, near to Copa beach and other famous scenes, a bus station is very pratical
a little small the room for 3 persons
Nice hotel, very good staff, clean and in a good position...wifi always available
I only would like a more quality of the breakfast. The quantity is good but there is low variety and the quality is not always good
Staff, especially a porter helped me greatly in a time of crisis.Had all money and cards stolen on beach. Offered porter my watch in return for bus fare to airport (13.50 Real). Gave me it and accepted nothing in return. Obrigado!
The location is a short stroll to the cococabana beach. The staff were also very friendly and majority spoke basic English which is useful if you aren't able to speak fluent portugese
We paid a higher tarriff for this hotel due to World Cup- the hotel was advertised as 2 adults but on check in we were charged an additional fee of $300 for having two adults. On top of the $400 a night we had already paid this put a damper on the begining of our rio trip. The toilet in our room also was blocked twice during our 5 day stay. The plumber was prompt to respond and fix the issue however.
Not much. Location was ok, about four blocks back from Copacabana Beach and on the main road. Mini-supermarket close by and short walk to Metro. There was a TV in the breakfast room. The rooms at the back were quiet.
A long list. First impressions were bad. The porters did not want to help us put the car in their garage. Front desk staff were off-hand and unfriendly; Restaurant staff were unhelpful and made out they couldn't understand the most simple requests. Rooms were basic - the Air-con leaked and curtains did not cover all the windows; There were bugs floating in the plunge pool on the roof. It was not very clean throughout. Poor wi-fi. A tired, drab, rather depressing hotel. Compared to our great stay at The Olinda on Copacabana Beach, this was a sad end to our super World Cup stay Rio.
Great location, right on the Main Street leading to the copacabana beach, only about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and 10 minute walk to the metro. Overall good location.
Bathroom looked a bit old, may need some remodeling, but the room was very nice and modern.
very nice and comfortable room, very quiet (room to the back). excellent breakfast short walk to the beach
The staff was really gentle: helped me with several small problems and found an answer to all my questions! Good breakfast - especially the fruit buffet.
The hotel is not directly at the Copacabana Beach, so that you have to walk some minutes along a congested street to reach it. WiFi connection was not good, even poor sometimes.
