The staff - some of them were very rude.

The staff at the hotel were efficient and gentle. The location of the hotel is incredible, away from the obvious attractions.- The room was functional and great-sized.- The hotel offers complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is already a bit outdated, partly in need of renovation (especially in the bathroom) and it is located on a very busy road.

A hotel that captivates by its location.

Location: the hotel was right by ipanema in future, botanical garden and Leme and Copacabana beaches as well as RioSul shopping center. Popped in Ziper for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue.

Breakfast with options including sausages & eggs and sausages, for example. Really enjoyable overall experience.

The breakfast here is good, with tasty fruits, and they offer reasonably priced food; the rooms are separate with clean bathrooms.

The hotel offered free WiFi and a rooftop pool with great views. The location was also a key advantage, being just a few blocks away from the beach and with bus stops right outside. This made it easy to explore the city and visit attractions. the front desk staff were very helpful and provided practical advice on navigating the bus lines to different parts of the city.

The hotel had some outdated features, such as noisy air conditioning units that had to be switched off at night, causing the room to warm up quickly. The state of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, was also not up to par with a four-star rating.

Its close proximity to shopping and beaches.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across the beach in Copacabana. The staff provided excellent customer service at the reception desk, and they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the in-room air conditioning kept me comfortable during the hot days. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the quality of service and amenities made my stay here truly luxurious.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The best was a staff. I can not stand mentioning nice and kind Joana and Gumberto. They were the best. However the whole staff was very helpful. Location was good. Brackfest was really excelent. Free internet in the lobby was very important.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who gave us lots of advice. About a ten minute walk from Copacobana Beach.

A bit of a walk to get to restaurants, there are none beside the hotel. Not really luxurious enough for a 4 star hotel, I would classify it as a 3 star.

We had a great city break experience with everything we needed at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi come in handy, especially when you're on a budget. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the lively city center and the beach. Plus, the staff was very friendly, making our stay much more enjoyable.

Admittedly, the rooms weren't the most modern, and the AC units were a bit loud. the street noise can be heard from some of the rooms, which can be disturbing when trying to get a good night's rest.
